Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is a period of time required for us to be able to complete your order. Due to all of our products being handmade this allows us time to process your order, make it and dispatch it. 

Our turnaround time for epoxy tumblers is 2 weeks therefore this allows us to make your order at a high standard and get it dispatched.This does not include the time it takes for your item to be delivered.

We try out best to complete your order as soon as possible but due to the stee

We do offer ready to ship items on our store which will be dispatched much quicker. 

If you are not happy to wait for our turnaround time then please do not place your order as it causes unnecessary stress for us and you.
